Amazon Customer: I received my waist belt a couple of days ago. For reference, I am about 5’1” and around 150lbs. Based on the provided measurements online, I ordered a medium. I’ve never used a waist trainer/belt before so I have nothing to compare it with. I have a short torso so I was a little apprehensive but when tried it on it was pretty comfortable and true to size. Took a few tries to get it on the way I want to. Been using it for a couple of days and it feels good. My husband said it looks good and it holds well under clothes. I am able to sit on the floor with no issues. The material feels it’s of good quality and the velcro sticks really well. Overall, it’s worth it and I’m satisfied.

Sydney Knutson: I’m a very short person with really awful bad problems. The garment is a little tall for my liking which makes it uncomfortable but my back has never felt better for how long i’ve worked today. I feel comfortable enough despite my short torso, very relieved that i can work the hours i work and not feel the pain i usually feel, and honestly more confident because i’m able to sit up more straight .

Vanessa Asgarali: I purchased it to help me workout. The adjustable waistbands are better than others I have purchased because it adds additional support to the back and you can tighten the waist specifically with the added adjustable band for more tension. I purchased the extra large and it was true to size. There is no problem with the quality so far, and it is more comfortable than most bands out there. It does not slip or shift while working out. Very pleased.
