April Lamb: Let me start by saying I’m accustomed to using food coloring so was extremely disappointed to 1. Not only have to use extremely large quantities in both my chocolate and frosting literally whole bottle gone in one small job. But 2. Still didn’t achieve a rich black and I tried every method and hack imaginable to enhance the color. The taste was terrible so perhaps I was sent a messed up formula or something but I was incredibly unhappy and it meant a lot of additional hours and improvising just to produce a decent product for the event I was catering for. I’ve never had to use that much food coloring EVER and still didn’t get a black color.

harleydakota: I dont recommend this. It seizes up/thickens my Merckens white candy melts to the point that I have to add paramount crystals to thin it out.

MyaBurn: It takes less quantity of product and to achieve a darker color. A tiny drop to change a full bucket of waffle mixt. Valentine’s Day was like a fairy tale and I surprised all my guests. One thing tho, if you put too much, the full color will be darker, instead of red, will reach more a burgundy
