Bruce Gabriel: I love tacos “El Pastor”. It’s a complicated marinade. When I found this reasonably priced marinade I had to try it. It’s definitely a very rich marinade. When I used it to marinate pork tenderloin and then fried it in a pan it came out very similar to my favorite authentic taco shop. It’s bursting with rich flavor. The next time I’m going to buy a different cut of pork that’s fattier than tenderloin. I think pork butt is recommended. I’ll update you after that. I’d like to try cooking the pork el pastor on the gas grill the next time.
