chelsea granger: I like this because it's Charmin, but the cost-effective version. It doesn't leave toilet paper crummies after wiping. It's not too firm, not too soft. Comes in a nice big roll so it lasts longer. I wish the ply was a little thicker, but all in all it's great quality for the cost

Liz D.: I've been using this TP for years, and it's the best for my septic system. Love it. Recently ordered from Amazon, and it was delivered perfectly, so I ordered a refill. What did they deliver? Essentials SOFT. The soft version clogs the pipes and doesn't flush all the way, so I need the strong variety. Returned it. What do they replace it with? Freaking soft again. I just gave up after that, and I'll get some in town. I don't know whether the person who grabbed this off Amazon's shelf either couldn't read or just chose not to, but just be aware that you may not get the right product.
