Brittier: Love this as much as you can love toilet paper. It’s soft but strong and you get a good amount in each roll. A little more expensive than the competitors but worth it imho!

Amanda: Since the early days of the pandemic, when the world went mad over TP and millions of people settled for subpar TP for months, I have vowed to always keep GOOD toilet paper in our house. In fact, I try to keep a spare CASE in our garage, for the next global emergency. And this Cottonelle toilet paper is as good as it gets. Super absorbent and the roll is FULL. I recently bought some Quilted Northern from the grocery store while awaiting my subscribe and save delivery of Cottonelle from Amazon. That Quilted Northern brand had 4.5 stars so it had to be good, right? WRONG! It felt noticeably lighter. So I weighed a roll of it and a roll of Cottonelle Ultra Comfort, and the Quilted Northern weighted 30% lighter. Pffft! So naturally a roll of that lasted no time in this house, because you had to use SO much more. I will never skimp on TP again. Cottonelle Ultra Comfort is the undisputed champion!

Stephen J. Boone: Toilet paper is to paper what Pringles are to potato chips. I get that, and I understand that there's a delicate balance among strength, dustiness, softness and affordability.
This paper does a good job at, well, you know. But we've found that it tends to rip (eww) more often than some other papers we'd been using. The roll width is smaller than others we've used; this is a bigger detriment to us than we thought it would be. We do really like how this paper has a reduced dustiness (I'd say a pretty dramatically reduced dustiness) compared to others; this is one of the most important features to us, so the other factors aren't enough to overcome the reduced-dustiness benefit. As such, we've for now settled on this as our regular paper and have it on autoship.

Amazon Customer: This is the absolute best tp available! It's not too thin and it's soft, also not linty! Doesn't tear easily. It seems to last our household longer than most brands and even other cottonelle rolls! Absolutely have it scheduled in for regular deliveries. It comes in a box but is easily broken down into packages that are easily stored and not ruined. Highly recommended

Susan: I have used the product in the past, but stopped because of irritation. The new and improved is not only soft, but thick and durable. I would recommend it to anyone who's tired of cheap, paper-thin tissues.

But I would like to know exactly why the last order never happened, and on checking discovered it was deemed "undeliverable"? Precisely, WHY?
The premises are fully accessible frontally - covered porch with no barriers against delivery whatsoever. (Yes, I've accepted that porch pirates may happen - just not in my neighbourhood - never had a problem here, nor has anyone else. Accepting that is just a part of on-line shopping.)
But, I wish I'd caught the guy who delivered the box of garbage bags via the side gate! Granted he likely thought it safer - and I appreciate the thought - but more people actually get to observe the delivery AND I never check the back for deliveries, only the front which is sheltered and provided with a table right next to the door opening - which rarely gets used ... some delivery people seem to love tossing an item any place but where it's obviously supposed to go. This means actually having to step outside and reach down - not easy when arthritis makes ease of movement/reach almost impossible! Do they ever consider that? Hence the table!
Going back to the side gate issue ... it's heavy, jams against the patio brickwork,...
