This is a feisty, accurate little machine. I was impressed that the numbers matched those at my doctor's office, since the reading on previous home monitors was always lower, giving a false impression that all was well. Ironically, I was on the verge of returning the two units, not realizing that the reason they didn't work was owing to my oversight: the "on" button underneath was "off". The sellers were very helpful in guiding me toward solving the problem, even offering to "replace" the units if it persisted. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend the monitor to others
