Shane: I used this on my last 24 hr adventure race. 134km of running, bushwacking, swimming (shoes on) canoeing and mountain biking. Reapplied one time. No blisters! Much easier to apply than the brand I used to use. Not too hard that you have trouble applying and not to soft that it is ineffective. Will use on my next race.

Peter Schneider: It is so much cleaner and consistent (not to mention smaller to pack) of an application with the stick. Much like using under arm deodorant. It would be nice to see a gauge or a clear side to tell you how much you have left.

Andrea B: This is a great product - same as the large size.
I didn't realise JUST how small this container is - it is the same size as a normal chapstick tube. Functionally useless compared to the "go sticks" that are the size of deodorant sticks. Not worth the money.

4knobs: I usually use another brand that glides and I bought this for a second home. worked fine. Went to purchase another & the price was raised to the same as my regular glide brand, so I switched back.

LH: Well the idea of the GoStik was appealing at first.... but after I got it and thought more about the location one will be using this stick it dawned on me..... where do I store this stick after where it has been??? Silly me... I will use it up as it is effective and buy the tube next time.... just has some wipes available before you put it back in the medicine cabinet...LOL

Trin: My thighs rub, plain and simple. I love dresses and skirts but am bottom heavy. So thick thighs and 30+ weather don't always mix. I used this recently for a whole day of walking and site seeing and it definitely helped. While I wasn't in immediate pain during the day I did still notice a minor friction break-out. But believe me this helped minimize that.
The product is unscented,
slightly thick (almost like a light vaseline, not like a lube)
and doesn't seem to leave any residue on clothing.
It's priced reasonably and works pretty well, I prefer the deodorant style applicator to creams as well.

sandrea park welch: I have been running for a year. Recently I've been training for longer distances and found that after 5 miles or so, my arms would chafe where they'd run against my tank tops. It was painful and embarrassing and made me realize how chubby my arms really are.
I showed it to some thin and fit running buddies who immediately pointed me in the right direction. Chafing happens--to thin folks and heavier ones alike. This comes in scoopable form as well as this stick and I believe in a tube as well. This stuff works. I've used it on my inner thighs while wearing skirts and dresses on hot days with no discomfort. I use this on my aforementioned chubby triceps and have gone as far as 13.1 miles so far without another incident so it's definitely sweat-proof for a few-several hours.
If you chafe, buy this.
