HannahHannah: For the most part it works. They are very short so I suggest that you get the longer ones. I have a 25 gallon and I cannot reach the bottom without my arms getting soaked

Hs29: We bought this for our daughters fish tank that has live plants. One over site on our end is that the handles are pretty short for the tank we have. We have a tall tank so we have to put our arms into the water. Other than that they are a good metal and work really well.
