Andy: Bought it for my little box shedder but my other boy wants to sleep in it as well. Solution. Bought a 2nd one the same day. My boys are big and this gives them the room to stretch out and just snooze or curl up and snuggle their nap. They also scratch the heck out of it. I predict 6 months and I will have to buy again. Price wise I wish these were cheaper knowing they will be destroyed.

GiannaGianna: Fair warning: if you have multiple cats, and you decide to buy this bed... Forget it! One is just not gonna do it(I learned that the hard way haha.) And the bigger the cat, the more they will love it. My 15lb chonks have many options, in many sizes, yet they choose to squeeze themselves into this teeny little thing for hours!

Vicky: My cat (13 lbs) loves this. She loves to scratch it and she loves to sleep in it. I have it on my desk next to my computer and she likes it there because there's an open window next to it. I like the 7 1/2" width--perfect for her size. It's 2 1/2" deep in the middle so she feels secure and "enclosed".

mleet87: We have several cats in our house. We’ve now gotten one of these for both floors and not a single cat skips their turn during the day. Big cats, small cats, angry cats, you name it. It’s pretty darn durable and while I thought of adding catnip in the bottom when it first arrived- it’s absolutely unnecessary. Watch your babies get out some aggression on the cardboard and then fall into a blissful sleep afterwards while being held in a comforting cardboard embrace lol.
But for real, they prefer this over the cardboard couches, cardboard scratch boards, cardboard figure eight fancy beds, cardboard triangle doohickeys, etc. this was an excellent, inexpensive investment.

When I got this & saw the size I didn't think it was going to be big enough for any but my tiniest cat who is maybe 8lbs despite being fully grown. My cats disagreed.
I have one cat who is too big for this, but he's extra long. All of the others fit, sit, and love this thing. Enough that there has been hissing over it.
I think the next similar thing I buy will be a larger one for my biggest cat, but I don't regret this at all. It's sturdy, reasonably priced, and cat approved.
