Devarsh Barot: Great product, looks and feels nice. However, the watch pillows supplied are too small for one of the compartments while the other two are snug. It results in the watch + pillow moving around far more than I'd like within the case so I would be a little reluctant to take it travelling without adding additional padding.

Update: Customer service is great. They saw my feedback above and sent out a new set of pillows. However, seeing as the pillows were not the issue, I was refunded the full amount. Upped my Star rating due to great customer service.

Juan: It’s a good quality piece, the interior storage and the ability to easily remove it as a stand are great. The only thing I’d change is the angle of the arms, they currently leave little headroom for the watch, inverted on the stand would allow more. Although the case has a nice liner, I use a cloth to keep it from actually touching the glass of the watch. Otherwise, I do recommend this travel case.

Frank RojasFrank Rojas: I ordered a customized watch roll with my initials, that I ordered on the weekend. First thing Monday morning I see that it was being shipped - awesome!! Unfortunately, the shipping company lost my package. I let the seller know and they said they would process a refund right away, but I opted to see what happens. A week later, the item was still missing so when I reached out to the seller, they immediately made it right and got me a new one. Things go wrong from time to time, and this was not their fault in any way, but the way they handled it was top notch!! On the roll itself, great quality vegan leather, nice and soft on the inside and 2 sizes of pillows. I show that with the Omega watch being on the smaller squishy pillow, and the other 2 on the larger firm pillows. My wrist size is 7 3/4" for reference, and any of my watches would fit. My watches in the pic are 40mm or 42mm, but I also tried it with watches that are 45mm to 47mm. There are short side walls I was a bit concerned about, but once placing my watches in tightly on the pillows, they are not going anywhere and I have no concerns of them knocking together.
