Michael M.Michael M.: Packaging was great and the watch box was in perfect shape once unboxed. It comes with an envelope and card from the manufacturer. As you can see it holds a variety of watch sizes. From Breitling 45mm / Panerai 44mm / Tag 40mm / Tissot 40mm / Casio Mudmaster 48mm / Vintage Bulla 33mm / Casio Marlin 37mm / Orient 43mm / Relax 40mm / and the beast Invicta 50mm. There is ample space between the glass and the watches with none touching or rubbing. I'd highly recommend this unless you plan on having watches over 53mm I'd look at something else. DJR: Watch case has a solid, heavy build. The faux carbon fibre material stretched around the box isn’t done well at the corners. The watches don’t sit even when on the pillows inside the watch box and it looks sloppy when they’re all canted at different angles. I also wish it had a lock on it. I ended up returning it. Was expecting a bit more for almost $200.

Bren: Bought this as a gift for my husband. It is beautifully made, the individual compartments are large enough for large watches. He loves it.
Great quality & well worth the cost.
I had some minor delays with shipping, however, when I contacted them about it, it was very quickly resolved. Customer service was excellent.
