J: Cascade is the only brand that I will use in my dishwasher. Any other brands don't clean as well. I prefer the liquid over any other form. It's easy to useand lasts a long time.

J: I bought this after being unable to find the original (lemon) Cascade, and it's truly terrible. Dishes don't come out clean, stains build up on coffee cups, it's utterly useless.

I recommend not buying Cascade Complete under any circumstances, and instead buying literally any other dishwasher detergent.

2022 update: I recently bought a bottle of Cascade Complete in the supermarket because I had no other options, and was astonished to see that it worked far better than this one I bought on Amazon 2 years ago. The one from the supermarket was a vibrant turquoise, while the one from Amazon was a pale periwinkle.

I can't tell if Cascade has changed their formula, or there are different products being sold on Amazon vs. the supermarket, or if the two batches were just different. But it seems there is Cascade Complete out there that works, this just wasn't it.
