me: Bought to put on water spiket and blew rite off from water pressure. Just didn't work for me. VERY hard to get on spiket as well but I guess they have to be. Fail for me.

MamaBear4Cubs: This worked just like we needed it to. Read reviews ahead of time and made sure to hold it tightly around the faucet and it worked well. No big mess. Recommend for other mamas planning a water birth at home.

Read&Ride: Easy to carry with the hose. Actually works pretty well. There are all manor of places to fill the tank when you don't need a hose bib or a sink deep enough for the jug. There remain issues of water vendors with no hose connectors, 2" pipe at roadside springs, and available hose length. You know that just everybody has the bathroom in the back corner? It also helps to carry old fashioned square sockets in 1/4 and 3/8 sizes for keys to outside hose spigots. Mine are Craftsman from the '60's. Good luck.

Delilah Quintana: I wanted an extension to bath my dogs outside but be able to use warm water. I have great danes that don't like getting in the bath tub. I was skeptical about this product. Used it for the first time today. Love it. Worked great. It came off the facet once because I adjusted the house to have higher pressure. Understandable that it came off as the pressure was too high to keep the hose in place. Once I left it at the full open position hose worked great. Never came off. If you want higher pressure through your hose you'll need to clamp it at the connection point. Love that I can now bath my dogs outside using warm water.

Bruce W: We borrowed a similar non threaded faucet connector from friends while camping. Good product to have with you when you need to fill a water tank on your RV. Easier that using 5 gallon jug multiple times. We have not yet used this product but it appears to be good quality and will get the job done. We have added a hose clamp to make sure it stays on the faucet while using.

Daveyc: Looking forward to using this item. From looking at it, I think it will work fine. I believe that if there is too much water pressure, it might get push off the spigot. I think this could easily be solved by manually holding the item. I am going to rig a hose clamp to it. Either way, it will be easier to fill my tank with this compared to carrying a tank.

JoshuaJoshua: I was hopeful that this would work, but alas, NOPE! Forget the fact that the only way it'll stay attached to the faucet is if you barely and I mean B-A-R-E-L-Y have the water on. If/When you're able to find a medium spot (meaning like 5% on), the rubber itself spouts holes which water sprays out of.

I hooked it up to the faucet and turned it on, np. Stayed on with no problem. So I hooked the hose up to it and turned the water to about 10% on and it went flying off of the faucet and water went EVERY WHERE! I hooked it back up and barely turned it on and it stayed on. Turned it up a bit more, held steady. Put it back to around 10% on and KABLOOEY! Eventually I found a point where I could use it with out it blew off the faucet, but then it started spraying out of holes in the rubber itself.

So the only way I can use it, is pretty much BARELY have the water on and wait about an hour for it to do what I need/want it to do. OR, I could suck it up and and roll my cooler out of my office and a bit out into the hallway, so that my non piece of junk adapter that fits on the kitchen sink, can be used to fill this up in a matter of minutes and with no...
