I received a personal hand written letter in the mail for this issue, which i found extremely unusual. This reflects on how much they value customers and back their product. While most amazon vendors ignore issues after return period, this seller/vendor took the time to make sure an option is offered for resolution.

It leaked and flooded my bathroom a little.

mann: Hose was leaking I thought it had broken and ordered new one. Up on further inspection learned that it was not broken just loose stoped leaking once I titened it. Even got letter from Tom Miller Co-founder to offer replacement or refund thank you

Kevin: I have no pictures or video of the leak since I've already replaced the hose with another, but its leak developed about an inch below where it attaches to the sprayer head, underneath the exterior, coiled, stainless steel wrapping. The leak is in the hose, not any of the connections where it attaches to the pipe from the water supply and the shower head.

Typically, a hose of this variety will last me 2-3 years before needing replacement. I'm disappointed because this is the quickest that any of the handheld shower hoses I've ordered have developed leaks. I ordered this hose on Dec. 24, 2022. It arrived about a week later and I immediately installed it. The leak showed itself on April 20, 2023, or, just a few days less than 4 months.

Maybe, this particular hose, slipped through Quality Control, un-noticed. Or, maybe some of its parts were defective to begin with. I can't speak to that. I do know that anything mechanical can break at any time, for any reason. Still, it's disappointing to me that the hose broke so soon after installing it.

I'm not sure how to handle this since I couldn't locate any way to contact the manufacturer or the...

Diogenator: Before I buy a product via Amazon, I read all the negative reviews and some of the positive ones. I really hesitated on this product because of the "sour grapes" reviews. After installing it I can only conclude that those who slammed it either (a) actually received a defective product, or (b) are saboteurs from a competing company, or (c) are so inept at using their hands that they probably have trouble tying their shoes. Installation was a piece of cake. I could tighten the fittings by hand; I didn't need a single tool let alone more rubber washers.

To be fair, maybe my shower pipe and head are "normal". I can't discount installations where those two pieces of the puzzle are not standard. Still, that's not the fault of the hose manufacturer.

But to the point, the product works wonderfully well. I wanted a hose that I didn't have to fight from being too stiff and prone to kinking. The PurrfectZone avoids those problems "purrfectly". Perhaps the 8-foot length contributes to that end, but its native suppleness is probably the real reason. The hose reminds me of a piece of rope, it's that easy to move and use. Not ever intrusive or resisting.

We'll see if I need...

ZohaibZohaib: The media could not be loaded.  Ordered this and delivery was quick. Although its not the cheapest one out there but the quality is definitely good. Comes with a stainless braided hose underneath and an extra pair of washers. Installation was quick, perfect match for my bidet spray and no leaks detected even by just hand tightening.

mohammad: I used this hose for the bidet. In short, this is the only hose that has real stainless steel braid and stainless steel connections. Easy to install and no leakage. I will surely buy it again.
