Sheryl H: I used this for dipping cookies, making molds, etc. It is incredible and the flavour is intense and right where I needed it to be. You can tell it is pricey, but very worth it. Do not use it for chocolate chip cookies though! these melt more because they lack the agents that convince the chocolate to keep its shape.
I won't use anything else any more and I love the fact that it is ethically sourced so I know children were not enslaved to pick the beans. Win/win!
