All that wonderful Cajun spice without the salt. Skip the Tony's and the zatarain's and everything else and just get this if you've got to have a pre-made spice mix.

i've been looking for a cajun seasoning that didn't have SALT as the MAIN ingredient. this fits the bill and more as it doesn't have any salt! and it has a great flavor - at a great price! i'll defintely buy more when this one runs low.

I'm from the northern United States, so I'm not here to tell anyone what's authentic or not. All I can tell you is that this seasoning is absolutely delicious. There is no salt in this seasoning, but pairs so well with it when added. It's warm, not hot, garlicky, and delicious. The stores in my area have been struggling to stock Cajun-style seasoning, which is why we tried this in the first place. We won't be going back.
