Tiziana: Ho acquistato queste solette come uno dei regali di Natale per mio figlio che ha i piedi piatti e stando spesso molte ore in piedi lamentava sempre male alla pianta dei piedi, inoltre lui è un appassionato di tecniche orientali come anche la riflessologia plantare che ha ispirato e su cui si basa questo articolo.
Ovviamente il regalo è stato molto apprezzato sia per l’idea sia per come si presentava, infatti l’articolo si presenta in una bella confezione di cartone rigida, davvero molto bella che fa pensare ad un oggetto luxury ma soprattutto per l’efficacia già dalle prime ore si sentono i molteplici benefici, almeno questo è quello che ha riscontrato lui
Ne è talmente entusiasta che ho voluto approfondire, la filosofia, la scienza che ci sta dietro, e non nego che intendo prenderne un paio anche io

Non so dire se alla lunga avrò qualche beneficio però il massaggio al piede è gradevole! Non fanno male anche se i rilievi si sentono!

Dennis F.: put in pair of slippers or sandals and stand for several minutes - feels great on the feet. Tried to walk - don't recommend that - or at least do just very short walks across a room - but does feel great on the feet. It is great relief.

Cheri K: These are great to put over top of my high arch insoles for some extra massage pressure. I wear them at home in my slippers with socks. I don't find them uncomfortable, but if you're not used to intense foot massage you'll probably need to get used to them. I have plantar fascitis, neuropathy, and restless leg, and trigger point massage is always soothing. I've tried acupressure slippers but the arches are never high enough to provide pressure where I really need it. These do the trick nicely. I'd think they would need to be used over your preferred insole to really provide any support as they are just very thin flexible silicone material with rounded stones imbedded. They seem reasonably sturdy. Most types of over the counter insoles need to be replaced every few months depending on use & I won't be surprised if these also need periodic replacement. Pet owners be aware that hair likes to cling to these (glad they're washable)!

Teresa: Having read previous reviews I understood that there would be pain, however, some said it would get better but NO.... I think it's gotten worse... I persevered every day for 4 days for 10 minutes and can't bear it!
I feel like I've completely wasted my money.

VA: Es sind zwar wirklich kleine Steine und anfangs etwas schmerzhaft, aber mittlerweile trage ich sie gerne auch mal eins zwei Stunden und auch beinahe täglich…passen in Chucks, sneaker, boots, Hausschuhe…Füße und Beine fühlen sich danach wieder wach an

Katja K.Katja K.: Die BYRIVER Silikon Einlegesohlen kommen in einem ansprechenden, hellblauen Pappzylinder aufgerollt an.

Sie sehen durch die bunten Steine sehr schön aus. Die Steine sind auch an der Oberseite mit dem Silikon überzogen, sodass man die Sohlen gut abwaschen kann. Die Steine scheinen willkürlich angeordnet zu sein, zumindest unterscheiden sich die linke und die rechte Sohle. auch die Größe und Breite der Steine ist unterschiedlich.

Das Einlegen der Sohlen erfordert etwas Geduld bei geschlossenen Schuhen, das Silikon ist etwas labberig und gerade im Zehenbereich ist es eine Frage der Geduld, Ausdauer und der richtigen Technik die Sohlen bis ganz nach vorne zu bekommen.

Das Gefühl darauf zu laufen ist extrem ungewohnt und für mich leider nichts. An den Fersen und den Ballen finde ich die Steinchen gar nicht so schlimm, aber dazwischen bohren sie sich für mich sehr unangenehm in die Fußfläche. Ich wusste gar nicht, wie ich Auftreten sollte und habe daher die Sohlen schnell wieder entfernt. Das wiederum geht problemlos und schnell.

Vielleicht funktioniert es zu Beginn mit dickeren Socken besser, vielleicht sind meine Füße einfach zu...

STxHippieSTxHippie: These are amazing!!!! I have RA and deal with restless leg. My feet and legs are constantly tingling and go numb. Putting these in my shoes makes it feel like the pressure points in my foot are continuously triggered giving me ongoing relief. They do initially hurt a bit, but in a good way if that makes sense to those that experience regular foot and leg pain. I’m super impressed with the quality and how they feel so far. Actually getting some sensation and circulation increasing just a bit after a short time of wearing. Hoping improvements continue long term!! Definitely happy with the purchase!!
(Note: I am a true 7.5 women’s and ordered a 7.5. They are spot on with sizing).
