M. Jordan: The only issue I have is that it’s kind of on the short side. I’d give it 5 stars if they had options for those that have a longer waist. Other than that I wear this daily when I go to the gym. I love that it offers adjustable double compression. I haven’t had this waist trainer a full month yet and I’m already needing to go down a size. It really works.

Paige: The media could not be loaded. With 3 Velcro points it stays on so well. Makes me sweat more than I thought. Absolutely love using it while working out. Definitely worth the money! It’s super easy to keep clean!

shahidul alam: Ok it’s my 2 nd belt experience enough to write a review so it really does the job make sweat like u mean it . I am using sweet sweat since March 2021 now December I wear it 5 times a week only 20-30 minutes when I do my cardio my lower belly went 33 to 30” and upper belly went 28 to 25.5 or 26” depending what I ate I went size 3to 1 or 0 depends on stretch level of the jeans after 2 c section I thought I am finished as I have gained about 60 lb in my pregnancy but now back to my old body and pre pregnancy size love it 119 lb when started was 137 lb.I am 5’3”
