VSL: Soak it in the water for about 3-4 hours before cooking. I did not soak mine so it a bit el dente. I soak it next time.

Sebastiana Lazarte: I read this was one of the best rice for my recipe. I tried it, and it was great. I had to redo the recipe v with rinsed rice. It’s to sticky without the rinse.
