FAH: Expensive but well worth it. You will save yourself so many trips to Tim Horton with this coffeemaker. The taste is sublime for every cup you make. No more plastic tasting coffee, you get the real coffee bean taste and it will last you for decades. 12 cups in 3 minutes!

Service was very fast and the coffeemaker arrived without damage. Happy customer!

Nichole L.Nichole L.: We wanted a restaurant quality coffee maker that did not require plumbing. We found it and couldn't be happier. You basically fill the machine with two full pots of water that get heated as hot as you need it. On the next full pot pour, one pot of hot water is pushed to the coffee grounds chamber. So you can make two pots fairly quickly. It takes about 20 minutes to heat subsequent full pot pours. On our first pot with pre-grounded Dunkin beans, we just happen to hit Dunkin that day before the machine arrived. See picture - we couldn't tell the difference in look. We use a bit of sugar and creamer. The taste was almost exactly the same. We went ahead and bought a burr grinder. The coffee taste just like the Dunkin stores. Now we can have our favorite coffee every morning without the 45 minute drive in each direction.

This is perfect for us. Some things to consider. There is no brew button or ready button. The next pot starts when you put the next full pot of water in. The machine keeps the coffee in the pipeline hot by turning on periodically to reheat. The machine gets brewing noise similar to Keurig machine makes. Hernan Emilio Rebagliati: I got this machine for home use because I wanted an all-metal pourover machine (for health concerns) and I couldn't find a consumer model that was all metal. The VP17 comes with a plastic funnel, but I bought the stainless funnel. Just to save you the aggravation: you need a fine grind with this machine (as compared to your typical consumer machine) because the flow rate is faster. I was very disappointed with how weak the coffee was at first, until I ground fine.

Pros:
- The machine is very sturdy and looks like it will last a very long time.
- It heats up quickly. I don't see the need for an appliance timer if you will not use it in a commercial setting; just unplug it. It's well insulated so the water doesn't actually get completely cold unless you leave it for a long time. After it's been off overnight, I plug it in when I wake up and by the time I've walked the dogs it's done warming up. Plug it in before you shower and you'll be fine.
- Bunn telephone tech support has been great.

Cons:
I have a few of these, but none are deal-breakers because it's so hard to find an all-metal machine that I'm resigned to living with it.
