Nanny1461: The height and width of this carafe is great BUT because of the shape of it near the top, it does not engage the coffee maker and will not allow the coffee to drip into the carafe. Attempting to return it.

J’ai commandé ce pot de la marque Bonn qui est exactement le même que celui que j’avais de Tim Hortons. Je l’ai reçu le lendemain et était conforme à la description et identique à mon pot Tim Hortons. Je suis très heureuse de cet achat.

Dracaena Trifasciata: When the original carafe to our Bunn coffee maker got accidentally broken I immediately turned to Amazon for a replacement. We LOVE our Bunn but secretly were always frustrated by the way the carafe poured and seemed to spill more water than we would like. This carafe solved that problem entirely. The design of the spout somehow diverts the liquid in such a way that very little liquid ends up where you don't want it. I really had doubts that a carafe could differ in any way from one to another and almost just went to a thrift store for a replacement. I am glad I spent the money on a this new model and not a used older version. The spout has a projection sorts on the end of the lid that while looking weird serves a function when it comes to pouring. This was perfect fit for our Bunn although it seems a little bit smaller than our old carafe. That could just be a visual effect of the difference in style. Check you model number for compatibility and make the change if you have an older drippy carafe you will be glad you did.

General Gau: This carafe is a much better weight than the generic replacement carafe I was using until this artived. I find this particular carafe needs to be seated with care under the brewing basket. It appears the hole on top of the lid is smaller than the one it replaced.
I can't verify that with certainty as I have already tossed the broken one out. In other words if not lined up exactly the brewed coffee will not dispense into the carafe cleanly. My main beef with the new design is the glass is curved toward the top not straight like the old one. This design change prevents me from dispensing filtered water from my fridge into the carafe. Lastly, I don't like the measuring lines on the handle. The carafe looks cleaner but it is not as user friendly. But is does pour cleanly. I will be buying the old model, and plan on using this style as my emergency back up.
