Amazon Customer: My grandpa struggles with shuffling cards so I got him this for his birthday. It worked pretty well, I used new cards after reading reviews that it doesn't work with old cards. We tested to see if that was true and it was, so if you're buying this you might want to buy some new cards to go with it. I was aware of how it worked when I bought it, and I knew I'd have to run the cards through a few times for the cards to be shuffled enough. Try splitting the pile in two, then two more piles, then two more, then dividing those cards into the two sections of the shuffler. If you continuously are putting the two same halves of the deck into the shuffler, chances are you'll get at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 in a row, rather than it being shuffled really well, for example 3,1,8,5,6,0,2,6, etc....
All in all, it worked well and my grandpa loves it. I'm happy with it.

Queen of the Amazon: Got this as a fun item for grandkids to go with our Nerts game as each player has a full deck of cards. After a month of usage, one side wheel doesn't turn completely making an uneven shuffle. It works OK but wish it had held up a bit longer. I see it's going to need to be replaced sooner than later. That being said, the kids love shuffling their own cards easily and I would buy it again for the price.

Amazon Customer: I have purchased several of these automatic card shufflers and play cards several times weekly. I have arthritis in my hands and have a difficult time shuffling cards manually. I need this product but they break easily and ordered two at the same time recently. One stopped working and then I opened the second one I ordered only to find out that it was broken when it was received. I am forced to order another one or stop playing cards. I looked at all of the ones offered and plan to buy two and check out both of them immediately to be sure they work before it's too late to send back a broken item. It works great on newer cards and does make a bit of noise but it allows me to shuffle cards and keep on playing.

Michael P.: Loud... very loud. Shuffles quite well, can definitely hold 2 decks with no problem, every one in a while it tosses a card backwards but not often enough to complain. Has yet to rip up or eat any cards which is a positive. If the thing was so loud and obnoxious maybe I would use it more... A group of guys I play poker with all agree, would have been great if it was quiet. We may play around with some tighter fitting 3D printed parts to see if eliminating loose rattling makes it better
