OG T.: This is my everyday work bag and I don't regret the choice. It holds all my daily essentials including my laptop and work accessories/books/folders.
It is very sturdy and yet so pretty. Love it.

I have had it for only a few months now though, and the front zipper dislodges (cracks up) and the back zipper, the zip just comes right off if I use it… pretty dissatisfied and might have to switch bags again soon now… for the price this is ridiculous

Nm: After only a handful of uses, the zipper broke on this bag. I only ever put a few folders in there, so it’s not like it was stuffed or forced to shut. I’m really disappointed, because I loved this backpack and always got so many compliments. I can’t use it anymore because it won’t close.

Rebekah Abrams: Let me start by saying I love my bag. I wear it to work every day and it fits my large laptop. The only issue I have with the bag is that the material doesn’t seem to be super high quality. I’ve seen a few strings and the velcro on the inside (holds the laptop in place) is fraying a little. I’m hoping that this is normal wear and it will stay nice for a while.

Ilee Muller: Update…I originally gave this bag a 1-Star review because of the faulty zipper. The company reached out to me and replaced my bag. I love this bag and I hope the zipper holds up on the new bag.
Loved the bag. I was so disappointed that the zipper failed after the return period closed.
