We painted the oak white and spray painted the brass brushed nickel. We needed a new switch, so this served the purpose. A bit pricey, but happy to find it.

Vince Mancini: The bottom switch has 3 positions, which I did not need but was okay since I did not use that wire.
The feel of the switches/mechanism is not as crisp as I would have liked, but the price was right.

Trent S.: The basic home stores only sell the 3 switch option . I ordered from Amazon since I knew i would get it asap. The install was nice and easy. I used a new work deep (22 cuinch) box prior to drywall. But the instructions say use a 1900 box with a raised "mudring" or drywall ring . I will most likely do that next time as the leads etc got jammed up quick even in a larger than usual box. The customer wanted to keep her existing fan which had a heater, fan, night light and a light. Turns out from the beginning the incorrect switch was used as the main light did not work. It was just wire nutted in the back of the box lol..

EBR: Bought this to go with a NuTone fan/heater/light combination as a replacement to an existing fan/light combination. Already had a GFCI and two switches in the existing 3-gang electrical box so I was looking for a single device to control the new fan/heater/light without having to retrofit another electrical box.
Pros:
(1) All 4 functions (light, night light, heater, exhaust fan) in a single device that takes up only one slot in the switch/electrical box.
(2) Nice appearance that was easy to match to other fixture controls in the bathroom.
(3) Works as advertised.
Cons:
(1) Instructions could be better. This device is compatible with the NuTone fan/heater/light/night light combo, the instructions could have been more specific to that configuration than they are (tend to be more generic about serving multiple loads v. the bathroom fixture it was designed for). Fortunately have electricians in the family who deciphered it and installed it.
(2) Requires a large space in the electrical box, so if installing a new electrical box, use a deep box and if retrofitting, hopefully it is into a deep box v. standard depth box.

Bryan P: Thought I would explain how this switch works to help others. The middle and lower switch are fed by a common feed, as you would expect each switch has an independent output. The feed is common, and can not be separated.
The upper switch is completely separate. Instead of screws, it has 3 wires. It is a double throw, single pole switch with center off.
It can be used to control one or two items, but not at the same time.
Because it is isolated from the other switches, it can be on a different circuit.
It was designed to control the fan, I think, with either (manual on) or (automatic control) or (off).
It can be used to control the light and nite light, since you don't need both at the same time.
It CAN NOT be used to control the heater, it is not rated for that, although the other two switches are.
Hope this helps somewhat.

Jim McLaughlin: Great product with easy install if you first read and understand the very good directions.
Unit does absolutely need a two gang metal box with a single gang adaptor / " mud ring" for installation of the wiring.
Using the relatively newly approved small push in 2,3 4 and 5 wire connectors will make this a much easier install than using the old "wire nuts".
