I didn’t think I was a bougie person, but when I travel I don’t drink enough water usually because I’m too cheap to buy bottled water (and I hate using the extra plastic) but some hotel water gives me acid reflux or just tastes bad so I don’t drink it… not with this! I filled this baby up at so many different places and all the water tasted the same. GOOD! I will never use a different bottle for travel again, I also love that my 7 month old can drink out of it and uses the mouth piece for teething. Unexpected use but hey, I’ll take it! It also looks cute too, my dad saw it and ordered one right away. I may send one to my sister too who has very specific water tastes!
I read the other reviews and have been veeery careful not to drop it or damage to top, and I have been making sure to fully clean it and only use it for travel so the mouth piece doesn’t get moldy and have had luck with it so far!

Penny M: Bigger than expected but perfect for our needs. We purchased these to take on a flight in order to circumvent buying overpriced water while traveling. Once we got through tsa, we filled, and refilled, as needed. It was also really nice to have filtered water while we were at our destination. (No lugging around cases of water!) Super convenient, doesn’t leak, very durable, easy to wash. And you can remove the filter and still use the straw for other beverages! This was a big plus because we often added hydration packs or used it for on the go cocktails while at the beach.

iteachsrg: Bought this as a gift and the recipient seems to like it. Good for travel when you're not sure about water taste or quality. Easy to use, basically the reverse process of the large Brita pitchers - fill the bottle once the filter is inserted and prepared - then drink thru the straw. Simple enough. Color is very nice, holds a good amount; will not keep it chilled if you are a "cold" water person, and there is no way to filter then transfer to another vessel unfortunately. That would be ideal in my book! For the price, I would want it to do that for me to purchase another one. I can also see how the straw will get 'yucky' after repeat use, and I'm not sure how effectively it can be cleaned since it cannot be disassembled.

Sharon: We bought 2 of these Brita bottles back in March. We traveled to Hawaii and were lucky to have picked a hotel that had a water supply station in the lobby. We took these with us everywhere we went. If we walked somewhere that just had a plain water fountain, we filled up and off we went. It gives you some peace of mind if you’re worried about contaminates in the water. We also take these to outdoor concerts where they also have refill stations and it really comes in handy for those too. That said, for all the pluses, I have 2 minuses. It doesn’t keep water cold for long. It’s not insulated and if you are out traveling outside in the depths of summer, whatever ice is inside will melt after maybe an hour or two. Also, you really gotta suck to get any water out. Of course, that’s the design. It filters the water in action while you suck. And you gotta work for it. lol Other than that, these are a fantastic investment. I purchased them knowing exactly what I needed them for and they delivered on all points. Even the minuses I have are minuscule in comparison, but worth noting if they are important to you.

PrimeAddict 📦💻: If someone had told me that a water bottle could have a profound impact on my daily hydration habits, I would have been skeptical. However, having used the Brita Insulated Filtered Water Bottle, I now stand corrected. With its 36-ounce capacity and on-the-go filtration system, this bottle has been a faithful companion in my daily routine, whether I’m hitting the gym or navigating a busy workday. Although my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few caveats to consider. Here’s an in-depth exploration of the product, which aims to offer a balanced view of its merits and areas where there is room for improvement.
🥤 Enhanced Hydration: A Commitment to Purity
One of the standout features of this Brita bottle is its built-in filtration system. It’s not just a gimmick; it genuinely improves the taste and purity of tap water. During my multiple trials, I filled the bottle with tap water from various sources, and each time, the end result was crystal-clear water that tasted far superior to its unfiltered counterpart. Although the filter may not replace the need for serious water purification methods, it does make a noticeable difference,...

Dante Bernard: Bought for my girlfriend and she does not like the taste of tap water but she can drink water fine because of this filtered bottle. I only wish it was not plastic. Will have to keep buying filters, but she absolutely loves this cup.

MiggyHolic: It has been a satisfying addition to my daily routine. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the straw turning black over time, which requires extra effort in cleaning. Despite this challenge, the water bottle's convenience and functionality make it deserving of a four-star rating.
The insulated design keeps drinks cold for extended periods, making it ideal for outdoor activities or long commutes. The size is compact, fitting comfortably in most cup holders and backpack pockets.
The built-in filter is a standout feature, ensuring clean and refreshing water wherever you go. It effectively removes impurities, providing a taste that is noticeably better than tap water. The filter is easy to replace, and the reusable nature of the bottle reduces plastic waste, making it an environmentally conscious choice.
However, I did notice that over time, the straw inside the bottle can develop a black residue. This discoloration requires regular cleaning to maintain the pristine appearance and avoid any potential taste alteration. While it does require some effort, it is a manageable task that ensures continued enjoyment of clean water.
