Amazon Customer: I like them, but need to cook them twice. The first time they are spongy waffles and needed to go in frig. I then cooked them a second time and they are crispy and can be kept in a plastic bag in the pantry.

Alan: Bought to make waffles for students. Quite a compact waffle-maker. We only used boxed waffle mixes, and the fill-line has been very accurate.
Fill, close, and wait for the light to turn green to indicate the waffles are done. Seems to auto-stop once done, from our experience. Even waiting 5+ minutes after the waffles were done, the waffle-maker did not burn the waffles.
At first, we tried using cooking spray, but our waffle mix already calls for oil, and there was no sticking even without pre-spraying the waffle maker. Non-stick, no mess, easy clean-up just wipe.
Cup shapes are very fun to fill with yogurt, fruit, and granola. Have a blast.
