Christina: I bought this to house my Omron Blood Pressure machine and it fits perfectly. The case is hard and very easy to travel with, plenty of room inside for extra cuffs and instructions etc. Highly recommended!

Patrick A.: This case is a perfect fit for my Omron 10 Series blood pressure monitor. I have only one minor complaint and it is not enough to downgrade any. There is nowhere specific to store the AC adapter. Maybe they expect the adapter to be stored in a mesh pocket in the lid... But if that is the case, then I DO have a negative... If the adapter is in the mesh pocket, it often pushes down on the start button when the case is zipped closed. I store the adapter between the cuff and the machine itself.
OH! A friend bought the case after she saw it saying it was a perfect design for carrying all of her adapters, charge cables, and power blocks for phones, tablets, and such.

LincolnLincoln: The OMRON 10 fits perfectly in this case. There is no need to unplug the arm cuff from the unit in order to fit. Like some other reviews, I noticed a slight smell when I took the case out of the plastic bag, but within minutes I couldn’t smell it any longer. I dropped this one star because of the less than ideal netting design. As you can see in the picture, it’s small and doesn’t allow for the instructions to be stored without falling out each time. A second net, flush against the case, could easily solve this. The power cord and plug fit just fine in the netting, but a zipper would ensure it doesn’t slip out when the case is closed and experiences movement. Overall, solid product that stores and easily transports the OMRON 10.

JMorgsJMorgs: So, I read a lot of reviews where customers complained about the smell of this case. There are quite a few! After reviewing other cases, I decided to take a chance with this one. I am glad that I did! Actually, it's rather funny! I opened up the box and started taking out the case. I thought to myself that whoever packed this must have had on a lot of perfume! Then I remembered the negative reviews and smelled some more. The only thing that I conneced with was an ultra-clean hotel room! My son, who gets queasy over anything (and wouldn't let me try my blood pressure monitor on him because his pulse freaks him out) smelled the case and said that it just smells sterile. HIS comment is probably more valuable than my opinion about that! Everything fits into the case very well, but I would like just add smidgen more room lengthwise for the tube that goes from the cuff to the monitor. Overall, I'm incredibly happy and am glad that I bought this case. I really give it an A+.
