Bought for my desk because of the small size and price. Worked great for about 6 months. After 6 months it would stop working, I would unplug it, open and close the staple loader then it would be fine for about 10 more uses. Now it will not work at all.... It's well past the return window so now I need to spend more to get a replacement. Waste of money. Wish I just spent the extra to get a better one in the first place.

I had to have surgery on both my wrists so I got this stapler in order to make things easier after surgery. In an attempt to refill the staples, I pushed the back button to get the front compartment to open however it would not open. I made several attempts to fix it but no luck. Contacted the seller via email and explained what happened and asked for a replacement. They replied promptly asking what model number it was. I replied with the model number and they have ghosted me!! Will not reply to any of my follow up emails. complete waste of money!

when i first received it, it jammed on the first load of staples and continued to jam after every other use. after 2 days of constant frustration it some how started working perfectly after running i would say 100 staples through. now it has not jammed since for the passed 4 months not sure if it had to break in or what but i love it now

I bought a stapler like this for my home office. LOVED IT. Bought another one for my desk at work. It never did work "quite right." I missed the window to return it. It's a shame... the first one was great. I'm not sure why the second one (which is exactly the same) keeps jamming and won't release papers once they are stapled. Disappointed in the product.
