Why: For those that do not like creatine mixed with some liquid, I can attest to it's remainder texture. Even micronized you can crunch it up. In pill form, it makes it more convenient. I find it quite easy to swallow as it is not a big pill. I weigh about 160 lbs. so I ingest 2 pills. 1 pill for every 100 lbs are the instructions. Not much else to really say. I take it about 30 min prior to workout or in the morning on non workout days.
Price: I pay a bit more for the convenience of it all.

Kyle NepoKyle Nepo: Been using this product off and on for many years now and have had excellent results when used. I've been ordering more of the capsules due to my travel schedule. The capsulated packaging can at times arrive with a couple of the servings opened unintentionally. While the product is near perfect the capsules have a lot to be desired.
