I have used this three times since it arrived. The one disappointing aspect of this item is that when the dirty pad/mop is put back into the Wash side of the bucket, taken out and then inserted into the dry side to be squeegeed, the dirty water flows through the two slots in the top on the Dry side and then flows through the open slot on the Wash side, which once was the clean water/cleanser.

So if you want to clean your floor with clean water/cleanser, you have to continuously dump out and refill the bucket with clean water/cleanser after a few wipes of the pad/mop on the floor.

If you don't do that, you will be cleaning your floor with dirty water/cleanser. It just depends on how dirty the floor is.

If you live in the country or rural area as I do, you will spend a lot of time dumping and refilling the bucket with clean water/cleanser, and spending a lot money to get your floors cleaned.

This product could be improved by having the the dirty water/cleanser not flow back into the Wash side. When I look into the bottom of the Dry side, there is almost no dirty water/cleanser there because it was all squeegeed back into the Wash...

uwe: Am 7.01. bestellt am 11.01 schon gliefert. Zuerst dachte ich, der ist aber klein. Die Füllmenge des Wassers muß man leider selbst rausfinden, die Stange könnte etwas länger sein.Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Auch beim auswringen ist der Eimer nicht ganz so stabil fällt aber nicht um. Bin begeistert über die Wischergebnisse auf Fliesen und Laminat. Je öfter man ihn durch die dry Station führt desto trockener wird das Microfasertuch. Es lagen noch 2 Ersatztücher bei. Auch die Hundehaare unseres Beagle ist für ihn kein Problem. Die Handhabung ist recht einfach und immer trockene Hände.Habe bisher nur mit klarem Wasser geputzt und hatte keinerlei schmieren. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.

C. Roeder: I'd rate the construction of the mop handle and bucket as a step above the common, green, plastic one you can buy to be used with a sort of wet paper towel. The action is even better, and this is on top of the fact you don't have to buy and throw out expensive paper towels and associated packaging. I have a re-usable microfiber towel for the old mop and have used it for a year or two. This mop is better than both of those. First, because you don't have to bend over and remove the rag from the mop head to clean it out. Second because it works better. You flip the mop head against the rod and slide in and out of one of two chambers. The first to clean the mop in mop water, and the second to give it a bit of a wring...as you do with a mop, but all while standing. On top of that the bucket is less than half the size of other buckets in the kitchen, so storage is a breeze.

It's a mop. I've been waiting for it since I ordered it 4 days ago, and took a break from work when it arrived...to mop the floor.

Amy M: I have struggled to find a good cleanign system for my floor b/c the flooring on the house is vinyl. When moved in, did not realize how much of a pain this is. it looks like wood and is pleasing to the eye but there are many restrictions. can't use steam. can't use most chemicals and must keep just damp and not really "wet". so what i have found to actually clean is a vinegar and water mixture and keeping whatever device is used just damp. this is PERFECT! the wash side gets it just wet enough to clean but not soaking. and if needed i can run it thru the dry side just once and its great. it came w/extra pads and so i expected the first one to be completely done after the first use in our 2500 sq foot house and cleaning the entire surface of all floors. i ran it under the facet and the pad cleaned up instantly to almost looking brand new! i will def be able to get plenty of uses out of this b/c i clean floors enough that they are never excessively dirty. the pads are also of good quality, the device is easy to use and does in fact easily swivel to get into every corner. the bucket is easy to take w/during the cleaning and cleans easily. i wish it was taller only b/c while cleaning,...

Brian: Overall, this is a good mop. It is very very space efficient, with the mop being able to rest inside the mop bucket, which itself is a quite small rectangular prism and can fit easily in a corner or even under a sink. The mop can be disassembled as well, with different sections being able to be put in the mop bucket or beside it under the sink/elsewhere.

The mop works well, it definitely works best in my opinion mopping straight up and down away from your body. Where the mop falters is when you try to mop side to side.....you know, like a normal mop. The sections of the mop start to slowly come loose, at least for me, as you mop side to side, as that rotating motion to change directions with the mop makes your hands turn the threaded sections of the mop and loosen them, lol. So after about 5 minutes of mopping side to side, the mop sections almost came undone. Well, just mop straight up and down and this mop does the job very well. I love that the mop can get in corners so easily and stays in a perfect straight line.

The last con of this mop is that the entire mop head does not get wet when dunking it in the mop bucket. Even if you push the mop down all the way in...
