Kara S.: Exactly as described. I love the scraper to scrape off pet hair and other large debris before washing. The only thing this is missing is the head doesn't swivel, it is hard to get into smaller spaces and to maneuver. It is high quality materials. If the manufacturer made it so that this was a 360 swivel I would have given five stars and would absolutely buy 10 of them for my cleaning business, but because of the lack of ease of use I may try to find something else.

Nevada: This works good, I find you have to put some weight into it otherwise it doesn't move across the floor easy. But it means your getting in a good scrub

Honey: My older mop was nearly worn out, when I bought this for back-up. On the surface, they seemed to be of similar design. This one, however, has a few critical flaws.

1. The CQT mop shipped to my overseas location with four dry mop pads and no wet mop pads. CQT refused to send wet mop pads overseas (though they had sent the mop here). Instead, they offered a small partial refund, which I accepted -- because CQT assured me the dry pads would work wet. CQT also offered to replace the kit, when/if I ever get back to the U.S. (i.e., after the pandemic, for me).

2. Finally, the old mop died. The wetted dry pads of the CQT mop stuck to the tile floor and would not budge. I assume this electrostatic attraction implies excellent work as a dry mop, but I only need a wet mop.

3. When I pulled the soggy dry pad off the mop head, it started to pull velcro off the mop head, too.

4. The mop head is not weighted at one end, so it flops uncontrollably, unless secured in hand or placed on the floor. It is not possible to place the pad on the floor and then, using only the pole, position one end of the mop head onto the end of the pad and lower the rest of the mop head into...

Claire: At first I hated my duster , I had to use my foot to flatten the head onto the floor, that quickly became annoying.
There are two nobs on the swivel head , they needed to go! That done, I love my sturdy duster mop again, but someone needs to fix this product issue.

BumLegB: I bought this mop to replace a Bona that my daughter broke. This is mop is much, much sturdier than any other lightweight mop I've used that has a sectional handle. These sections actually screw together as opposed to using button-clips. The handle does not bow at all! It is advertised as adjustable, but at 5'3" I use the full length of the handle. I can't see where adjustability is going to be a feature to consider here.

Unlike the Bona mop head, there are two strips of 'velcro' that run the full width of the mop, and I've been able to use all of my Bona-branded disposable products successfully. The disposable wet pads are not terribly effective on either the Bona or this mop, but the dusters and all of the washable pads work very well.

Some complained about the head flipping. There are nubs in the pivot mechanism that I pinched off with pliers. These nubs prevent a truly free swivel and do cause the head to lift as you mop. I can't guess why they are put there in the first place, but you will want to get rid of them.

The pivots that actually connect the head to the handle do seem like the most likely point of failure for this mop. The plastic is of a brittle...
