Love this basket - super cute - built to last (just don’t mess with the clasp a whole lot - it’s not nearly as sturdy as the basket itself)! We have had it for over a month and go into it daily; we keep our cat and dog’s treats and supplies in there. It holds quite a bit! Looks way more attractive than a plastic container, which is the main reason I bought it. Recommended!

The only reason this thing has anything other than one stars because this happened to be the second one that I ordered, and the first one that I got a couple of days ago was absolutely adorable. So adorable, in fact, that I decided order the second one that I’m writing the review on now.
Needless to say, was very happy to receive this one today (My Boxer has a bunch of toys and I wanted one both upstairs & downstairs).
And then I remove the product from the box. First, I thought it was a little weird that for some reason it was difficult to unlatch… Remember the first one that I received being extremely easy to open and close (which was great because I could now rain my boxer to open it herself).
And the, after opening the lid, I noticed that it is completely destroyed. The entire right side of it is completely crushed in on the bottom, and the curves of the bone are completely warped.
The kicker is, the box is 100% undamaged.
Obviously, this is an issue with quality control. Obviously, no one thought that was a good idea to maybe not put the incredibly deformed product into a box and ship it to a client, and I would be...
