mz: Just working out one time made me break down and cry. I am huge I need this so bad. I cant live like this anymore. It is difficult to build but its definitely going to hold you up I am almost 300 pounds. It works out every muscle in your arms and legs, you will feel alive i have not worked out in many years. Quilting Maniac: I purchased this gently used Peloton like exercise bike to help my husband recover from a recent stay in a Care Facility. Our grandson assembled it for us because he's handy with tools, and we're really not. He said it went together well, and then tested it for us to make certain it was stable enough for my husband to use. It was. Thanks to Amazon for offering this deal on their website.

x9078ljk4+: This is a good reliable exercise bike,sturdy and inexpensive.I purchased this item about 6 years ago in 2017 as I am a heart attack survivor who took a cardio rehab class and the two exercise machines used in the class were a Schwinn Airdyne exercise bike and a treadmill exercise machine. The Airdyne was a pleasant exercise machine costing much more than this item. At home I prefer to get exercise riding my two electric bikes instead one small for good weather days, and another big ebike designed specifically with a windshield and top cover (Veltop upright) for on rainy days. However there are times when the weather is so bad with high winds or snow and ice that I can't ride for cardio aerobic exercise. Also now in my area lately during this COVID pandemic emergency there are numerous encampments of dangerous desperate homeless,mentally ill,released from prison etc people and I have been hospitalized as a senior citizen after being attacked a couple of years ago by one of them in front of a U S Post Office in my neighborhood. readerreader: Some reviews indicate some people consider the bike "wobbly". This seems conflated a little bit with flimsy. If you have normal balance, the bike does seem to threaten to potentially tilt over when operating it at high speed. That's kinda marginal in relation to safety, hence this one-time review of a product. Since a very old person was going to be using the bike, normal balance wasn't expected, so the bike wasn't good enough, yet. This is what we did to fix it.

In the image you see a 2x4 that is 3 feet long, lying horizontally across the floor, upon which rests the front stabilizing bar of the bike, with the wheel exactly at the center of the 2x4. Duct tape tightly wraps the horizontal bar and the 2x4 in 4 places. Around each wrap is a 75lb-test zip tie that is 14 inches long, wrapped as tight as possible. The same setup exists at the rear of the bike. Now, when operated at any speed, it requires active and forceful horseplay to get the bike to do anything but stay put, though it might slide on a rug if that's what you want it to do.

Sanjay: The tightening knob does not work and in the specifications it does not mention that there is a nylon belt which actually is used for tension tightening.I don't know how long the belt will last and from where it can be purchased.The delivery was ok and within in time.
