Dawn: Ages: She’s 24 and they’re vampires (3 of them). Multi POV. She is VERY stabby- it’s fantastic. Also, I love that we finally get a girly who likes to read and uses that knowledge to realize something is going on rather than most who usually stay confused (though she doesn’t know exactly what is going on). And what an ending. Warning: this book may make you want pasta (it made me order some for dinner).

Wintershade1: I like Demi! She def has a pinchant for stabbing which I kinda like! Seriously though those vamps are kinda not smart! I’m going to enjoy her putting them in there place. At the same time she does need to be a tad bit more careful!

K: Oooh I loved Demi so much!! She is so spunky and fierce - and she keeps that sass and unpredictability throughout! I love that she’s very stabby-minded and doesn’t forgive a grudge too easily.
I like all the guys! They do blend together a little for me - Mateo stands out, but Grayson and Colt felt rather interchangeable. It’s a challenge with a why-choose or RH, so it wasn’t a pass for me, but I hope they start to feel more distinct in the next books.
Book 1 ends in a cliff so make sure you have book 2 ready to read right away!

JC: I liked the story but it was a bit over done with her attitude. Lots of funny stuff but her mouth kinda ruined it for me. Not every thing needed to be a fight and insult. But it was the ending that dropped me from a 5 star to a 3 star and won't be getting the next book like I planned on. It really ticked me off and there was absolutely NO reason for her to stab him. Honestly all 3 were too good for her. She wasn't charming she was an a-hole.

Amelie: Demi (and Rory) have given me the biggest book hangover of the month. I am in love with Demi and how independent, sassy and much of a bada** she is. She's so strong, fierce and doesn't take nothing from no one! She is the knife emoji, and i love it. The guys are dark and dangerous, just the way I like em, but I do want to hurt Mateo in a very harmful way. Grayson is my favourite so far. He reminds me of a golden retriever! So cute, so smooshy. I love how stabby she gets, but that DOESN'T MAKE UP FOR THAT ENDING. Rory, I'm coming for youu!!!

V. L. : I loved this book so much! Demi is so amazing, strong and also vulnerable at the same time. She knows what she wants and is not afraid to get it. Can't wait for the next book, I'll be reading more books from this amazing author!
