Buford: Package came marked as containing a battery, but item included was not a battery but a sanding attachment (which had been previously opened, also Black and Decker) Anyway after calling customer assistance, a accurate package was sent and the charger and battery work as they should. The battery is not a large capacity, but it works for my limited use.
