Carlos Rodelas: El producto es correcto , tiene varias tapas que permitir adaptarlo a diferentes modelos de cafeteta. En cuanto a la resistencia la calificación en por el producto mismo, su definción es así, es un jarra de cristal para cafetera por lo tanto es frágil

This isn’t the correct replacement, but it will work if you do this - SAVE THE TOP, HANDLE, AND METAL BAND FROM YOUR BROKEN POT. The lid options that come with the replacement are not the same, and based on the reviews I read here it will overflow.

If you save the top, handle, and metal band from your broken pot, you can remove two screws and substitute your old parts on top of the new glass carafe. A couple pieces of advice:

- You’ll need both a flat head and Phillips head screw driver.

- The metal band around the coffee pot is sharp. Be careful. I got several large paper cut slices when I removed it.

- To reach the screw that’s near the bottom of the handle (on your old pot) you’ll most likely have to pry a piece of the handle back with a flat head screw driver. It will pop off and back on, but probably wasn’t designed to be removed this way.

- There may be a parts department you can call for a true replacement, but it will probably take longer to ship since it’s not sold on Amazon.
