kshu: I'm seriously obsessed with this mop. We have laminate floors with a cat, a dog, and a toddler. Needless to say, there is always some mess to clean up. This mop is the MVP. I use it at least 3 times a week. It charges quickly, is light enough to easily carry around, quiet enough to run while the baby is asleep, and does a great job at cleaning up surface messes from the floors. I've recommended it to everyone I know with a child/dog combination in the house.

Kati: In the last year we replaced our carpet on the first floor with vinyl planks. With this change, I felt like the floors got dirtier faster, or just showed more. I had been using a mop where you use the pad and then toss it after one use. I felt like this was so wasteful and that my floors still weren’t getting clean! Not to mention it was a workout to get stuck on messes or dirt to come up. I started my search for a new mop. This one was highly recommended and rated so I took the plunge and ordered it. It was delivered quickly with prime and was easy to put together. The model I ordered came with two small bottles of cleaning solution that you dilute with water. It charges up quickly and is so easy to use! Because the mop heads spin, it is sort of self propelled, it is so easy to breeze through mopping! I like that it came with a tray for it to sit in while charging too! I’ve only used the standard mop heads but they have worked great and it is convenient to just toss in the wash and have them ready for my next use! I feel like this gets my floors clean and quickly! I no longer dread trying to mop my floors! I would definitely recommend this mop to others and I love that...

Lori N.: This easy to use hard floor cleaner is by far my favorite! I purchased it July 2023, and it’s a pleasure to clean my LVP floors! The machine itself is easy to maneauver, has just the right weight so as not heavy, but glides across the floor without “jumping”. It cleans under the smallest of spaces and nooks. It feels “self propelled “ almost, and the sprayer is perfect! It sprays a nice amount of cleaner just where you want it! I make my own chemical free cleaner, and just add to the reservoir. The floor pads clean easily in my washer, and the machine itself holds a decent charge. All in all, this was a great purchase!

Chidung Lam: Please dont buy Bissel products unless you want things that break down fast. To get this item clean 2 times a year and that cost 100$ each time. If it break down they will replace you with a cheaper model and telling you its the same model that you bought. Customer services are garbage because they will not tell you the item is discontinue and will send you a cheaper model as a replacement. YOU CANNOT RETURN AFTER YOU PURCHASE EVEN IF YOU HAVE MSSING ITEM OR BROKEN. If this thing break down you need to bring to a authorize dealer and there they will tell you its only need clean its not broken. and they will charge you 100 $ each time to clean which is not included in the warranty. DONT BUY THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS.

Kay: OMG this is the best cleaning itemI've ever bought. It's awesome and does a fantastic job. I have hybrid timber floors throughout the whole house, and one charge, which takes 3 hours, is enough to do the whole house. It is also sooo quiet, can barely hear it.

I Use the scrubby pads as I find these clean the stubborn dirt better. I only use a small amount of water as my flooring isn't water resistant, I then remove the pads, chuck them in the washing machine and dryer.

It really is a great little machine. It tends to drive itself, and that suits me just fine thank you Bissell.

Tyson Cooper: I thought it was a steam mop so was a little sad about that. But that's my fault for not looking into it properly. It is so easy to maneouver however it is hard to apply pressure to spots. However I have found just going over with what pressure you can apply works after a few goes. It's light and cordless so really just works easily instead of loading up a mopbucket. Very happy with the purchase.

lamama: I bought the Spinwave exactly one month ago and I love it! I don’t think there has been a day that I haven’t used it. Full cleaning, quick clean ups, no problem. It is so incredibly easy to use and it’s extremely quiet!

I have mainly hardwood through my house, tiles in bathrooms and a vinyl rugs in kitchen and it works well for all (no streaks). I typically clean an area or room using the solution and water, then switch to dry pads and go over the area again (no water) to polish and pick up any extra moisture or dirt. The floors are clean and passed the paper towel test. I’ve also used the Spinwave to polish my wood floors by adding polish directly on the wood. The Spinwave spread the polish evenly, no streaks and buffed, leaving my wood floors looking great. If you have hard stuck on dirt you will still need to get down and scrub on your hands and knees, but most regular traffic dirt easily gets picked up.

Not having a cord has it’s advantages and I love the freedom. I am practically mopping my kitchen floor daily; it’s THAT easy to use. However, the battery only last approx 20 mins and will take hours (3-4) to recharge which makes it impossible to clean...
