A. Kelton: After one year of normal use, the smooth floor attachment broke in half where it connects to the tube and the cloth bag has disintegrated to the point it is unusable. I expected more from a so called commercial vacuum.

I operate a commercial cleaning company and use this model due to the suction power and being so light.
It is very durable and compact. I wish replacement parts were more widely available.

Buzzy bee: I am very happy with this vacuum! I bought it about 3 months ago I use it several times a day 5 days a week for my business. It's well made, it works great, it is a professional small vacuum, with awesome suction, all at a reasonable price. You can roll it on the floor, or you can carry it, it's light weight. It comes with tools as well. I looked long and hard after my last small vacuum parts broke from dropping them. That's not going to happen here with this vacuum. I give it 5 stars!

GWalker: Vacuum works great but the extension handle keeps falling out . I have hard floors and this even picks up the fine dust!
