A. Jonze: This stuff works well for what it's supposed to do but I don't like the smell at all. It reminds me of the fake butter they put on popcorn in the movie theater. Not a terribly unpleasant smell, but not the best. The product works well with my Bissel machine though.

Sylvia Kelman: I tend to shampoo the carpets 1 to 2x a year and usually rent a machine from the market. A neighbor of mine lent me her Bissell and I literally cleaned every carpet and couch in our house. Spent an entire weekend like an obsessive woman cleaning everything. Because each swipe gets more dirt and the wash took about 5 passes to get clear - it was so satisfying. This product worked great and smelled great too - our house smelled dog free for about a week and we have 3 dogs, it was perfect to use right before company came into town.

Alanna Keegan: A few months ago I ran out of a different bissell solution and had a new thing of Rug Doctor solution for pets laying around that I figured I’d use up. My puppy Sully got incredibly sick earlier this week and was throwing up all over the house during a 24 hour period (we found out the next day he had an intestinal obstruction and had to get emergency surgery to remove it). I have a carpet cleaner and used the Rug Doctor solution to try to clean the vomit up. I’ve been using that solution for a month to clean up other dog messes and it never worked well, but this was the first time I was in desperate need of cleaning power because it was 10+ spots, not just 1. Despite going over the areas many times in multiple cleaning sessions, my house still didn’t smell right. That solution did not sudz up like it should, smell much at all, or remove the actual stain fully, so it felt like I was mostly cleaning with water that had a tiny bit of soap in it. big walt: This cleaner is really industrial strength, it gets rid of all the little pet accidents our little doggy made. The dirt that comes out of your carpet is amazing. I never knew there was that much guck in our carpet. It made our carpet look like new. Highly recommended product.
