Mir: I first had an enthusiastic impression. The second bag I bought, not so much. In any case, these are okay. Cheesy with a firm texture. It's not gonna be like real pasta--clearly--but it's not a bad side dish or the whole bag as a meal. I add broccoli or more zucchini on the side, sprinkle a bit more cheddar on top. It's not the best "pasta" dish, but it's okay.

GoodBooks55: I was pleasantly surprised by this! Obviously, it doesn't taste like Kraft or anything, but considering what it's made out of it very tasty! I can feel good about eating it. And the best part is my 6-year-old loves it!! (I just can't let her see the bag.)
