Claire C.: I really love the flavor of this and the pack of protein for the ease of heating it and decent calorie count. It heats evenly and all of the ingredients keep a good texture throughout. Beware, that it does seem to leave a lingering odor in the microwave for a couple of days. It's not bad, it's just a distinct spice smell.
