Uncle Fun: If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the most useless pet barrier I’ve ever seen. Completely misleading, doesn’t fit a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport anywhere. On top of it not fitting, even if it did fit, there is no way to actually bungle cord it. I was sent 4 bungle cords and 2 completely useless other cords. The net has 6 holes on top and 6 on bottom, so either way your pet will fit through the top or bottom. Don’t waste your money on cheap garbage, buy something that will actually work.

Shopping Aficionado : It was easy to put together. I purchased additional bungee cords and found places in my Jeep Wrangler to attach them too. This would probably work for a small dog, but my standard poodle was able to squeeze around on the upper sides. Even with a cone on his head he figured it out. Without a cone he can easily finnagle through, at one point he ripped it.

Pamela Lewis: I was concerned about the negative reviews on this product, but based on the good reviews, decided to give it a try. WOW, so-so glad I did. First of all, the quality of the mesh netting, the bindings and grommets are excellent--strong and well-made. The bungees are good and strong. We have a Honda Pilot, just fyi, and this netting fit snugly and securely, as pictured online in its description, attaching to the hand hold levers on either side above the doors. Getting in and out of the front seats presents no problem, and the seats do not have to be aligned, as there is enough play with the product to accommodate forward and back seat motion. I am not the handiest of individuals, so it took a few minutes how to figure out how to secure the bottom edges of the netting to the car. I was able to secure the bungee around the outside edge of each seat mount, then hooking into the grommets in the netting. Nice, snug fit!
So, we have one large cat. This netting fits side-to-side to the outside edge of the seats, leaving a small gap on either side between seat and door. This space could be filled with a soft pillow if it's an issue for your pet. Also, it fits so snugly along the length...

Karoline B.: The product itself works well it is just having to know where to assemble it in your car.(I have a chevy Malibu). I have 2 large Huskies that need to stay in the back while we are driving and the product does what it needs to, but we did need to take our time and find the proper way to assemble it. Overall it did keep our huskies in the back and served its purpose.

Amazon Customer: Was not compatible with my 2012 GMC acadia. The handles/hooks in the car were not in the right places for the net to work.

Max S.: We are currently using this to divide up the middle row of a Honda Odyssey minivan so our one dog does not anger the other. She seeks comfort from him, but he does not like that.
We have it rigged between the front right passenger headrest and the 2nd row headrest behind the driver seat to make a diagonal split thru the middle row. (The middle seat is taken out.) I did cut open the top seam and put a thin wood dowel thru to give it some structure (a standard dowel length from Home Depot is perfect). The bottom is rolled up on itself as it is a bit too tall. It works perfectly. No dog space issues now.
They do get excited and try to paw over or burrow under it, but that is after we are parked and ready to deal with it.
