Debra Hicks: Bought this set and am very pleased with it's power. The only draw back is it doesn't come with a case. This is more power and cheaper than other sets. I would recommend this set. Great for the ladies to handle for pruning. It's lite weight.

Ashford: After a month and a half, one of the batteries will no longer take a charge. The other so far is fine. Trying to find customer support is like jumping through hoops.
Update. Amazon gave me sellers contact info and they sent a free new battery in a week! Changing my stars. This thing cuts like mad. Just trimmed 20 pines and charged once.

Ming: The media could not be loaded. The first chainsaw that I got had some connection problem, I did not ask for a refund instate I asked for replacing it with the exact same item. The second chainsaw arrived in two days, very fast, I was very happy about that, and the new chainsaw worked very well, it is powerful, better than my old 16” electric chainsaw.
I also got an email from the seller, Shangpulasi US, who was sorry about the trouble and willing to resend a new one which I already got from Amazon, they said that the 1 in 10,000.000 chance it will happen like that (the wiring connection problem), to hear of that, I brought a Lottery ticket the next day!
Good mini chainsaw and good customer service, I give them 5 stars.
