The Beurer BM67 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is the perfect choice for those looking for a reliable and accurate home use BP machine kit. Patented technology and a large cuff combine with an XL LCD display, Bluetooth connectivity and an app to provide the best possible accuracy and functionality. With its superior build quality and intuitive controls, this is one of the best Blood Pressure Monitors on the market.Rain: My complaint is that the reading is a bit on the high end. Very different reading from when I visited the doctor. My Girlfriend says the cuff squeezes too tight and can be painful.

Korlia: Random Tips
* If you miss the initial window to set up the time / date, press both +/- buttons while the device is off. The instructions don't specify that bit.
*If you bonk up the set up of date/time the +/- button hold will bring you back to that set up (as long as the screen is off)
*The date goes by Day / Month (Rest of world) vs Month / Day (US)
*The instructions state to push +/- buttons to make the numbers scroll faster for set up, it takes a hot second before the device actually kicks in for this.
*Pushing the power button auto starts a test, so to change users push the M or Set button (IIRC, I'm the only one using it)
*The cuff it comes with is BIG. I'm a 5'11 person and I think they have them set up with a large adult cuff vs a large....The cuff covers my entire elbow to armpit
Bluetooth
You can only "set up" the bluetooth after it does a reading, it will then ask for the pin if you have the instrument's Bluetooth on and the Beurer app open. On a failure, no data is recorded and the information is lost to an Error code.
The data does not automatically go to the Beurer app if you do not have it open and screen on.

Ed: I recieved this hoping it would replace my Old Omicron but it never worked correctly. First it inflates so hard it actually squeezes your arm insanely HARD, to the point you have to stop it. Then it once it is done defalting the Reading is not correct at all. I tried to get it to work as by trying many different things ,like moving the location of the arm cup and fitting it loosely and tighter . Nothing worked.
Sometimes it would start to inflate and stop. I tried to call the seller but after not being able to contact them I got Amazon involved. Sorry but I do NOT reccomend this product.
Be Warned ! For Items like this , you may be told that because it is considered a medical device and for Hygiene purposes most sellers and or manufacture does not consider it safe to take it back.
Luckly Amazon was able to Assist me in resolving my Issue.

rob: *UPDATED* after having about a week to use it...
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
- instructions are *mostly* useless!
- readings are all over the place, can take several in a row without moving and get wildly different results; *very sensitive to everything, IF you get the air hose aligned AND the cuff positioned just right AND are very still AND keep your arm/hand extended and raised to about heart level, THEN you can get readings that are fairly consistent and similar to what a professional will read with a manual heart pressure cuff (ie, the kind you pump and read off a meter).
- BATTERY STATUS: *per manufacturer, only shows low battery when the batteries are too low to run the air pump, at which time it stops working* SO WHAT'S THE POINT? you will know the batteries are low because it will stop working. No indication of battery level, so better have spare batteries on hand!
- can only change date/time/bluetooth on/off when replacing batteries, and instructions are not clear (at first it made me reprogram the settings every time i popped a battery out; later it did not even let me change them then - see below for how to force that);
- cuff is clumsy, difficult to...

B. Coyote: Beurer BM67 had issues with installing the proper app to my iPhone 7. Took a bit of searching Google and asking the right question to find the APP i actually needed. Seems like this is a newer version and the face looks completely different than the easy to find APP downloads.
But once you find the right, you will know because it shows the exact picture of all the button layouts, it is a breeze to install.
My one problem was not following screen instructions. Once you are connected by bluetooth, you have to follow screen messages like, Entering the code that flashes on your machine to your phone. Then it will save your blood pressure reading to your phone.
I have not played with the data on my phone, but i will be collecting it to send to my doctor. My old blood pressure machine had to be physically connected to my computer with USB Cable. Then upload data, then figure out how to manipulate data to a PDF then image shoot it to my doctor.
Friend who recommended this machine was completely happy with how easy it was to share data with his doctor via email. I know his son set up the machine, connected it to iphone and he hadn't had an issue with it.
The plus...

got2cleanup: The package came as indicated. Neatly packaged, good feeling in the hand. I have not used all the secrets in the machine. Not an easy plug and play. Tried to use the machine without reading the instructions and it did not go well. Read the quick guide and still was not easy as 1, 2, 3. There seem to be steps missing or the instructions are not clear for me. Once I understood what was happening, worked great. Batteries are another issue. They came packaged in the box, but are almost flat so won’t get much use out of these ones. Overall I would recommend this machine, just be patient and give it time to play with it

Adh: OVERALL HAS SOME GREAT FEATURES. INSTRUCTIONS COULD BE A BIT CLEARER. MAKE SURE YOU GO OVER THEM WELL.

K. Pep: I bought this machine to replace my Omron device after reading a Forbes' review that rated Beuer BM67 above the Omron 10 series. That was a regrettable decision. To start with, the blood pressure readings on this device are way too off on the high side (170/97 compared to my doctor's office reading of 137/85). Next, the Bluetooth technology is very poor, to say the least. Syncing to a phone can only be done after taking a BP reading, so, if an attempt failed, you have to take your blood pressure again for another chance to link the device to the phone. And believe me, you will do it many times (like ten times) before it works. Worse still, if the batteries were replaced (which I had to do because the indicated showed low battery on the first day immediately l finished setting it up), the process has to be started all over again because the device has no memory of what it was previously connected to. Last but not the least, on inflating, the cuff tightens around the arm so hard that it hurts. To avoid that, the cuff has to be a bit loose around the arm before the measurement begins. Very unusual, and it's unclear how that impacts the reading. I'm about to send it back to vendor

Rita: This cuff, not only takes BP, but also does it for people with AFIB. Great product for the price.
