James davis: Had no issues after 1 yr of use the pump that comes with it works ok. Great to start with. The weight on the water in the pool caused the feet to sink in to the ground. So setting up a pad would be best. This year I'm upgrading to sx3000 sand filer pump with bio balls to cut the maintenance down.

Lynn FLynn F: We learned a lot putting this together. Firstly, we used dish soap to help put plastic pieces together, especially the ladder. It definitely needs at least 2 people to put it together. We put a tarp and a Gorilla ground sheet under the pool. (It doesn’t come with a ground sheet.) We put a couple inches of water in to smooth the bottom out and check the evenness of the pool. We didn’t know it comes with a shutoff but really should have 2. The hoses and clamps aren’t great. When we close it for the winter we’re going to change the hoses and fittings. We may upgrade the pump and ladder next year.
Oh yes, don’t try to put on the pool cover until the pool is full.
Just a word of caution: there’s lots of other things you need to get to run a pool. For this pool you’ll need a chlorine dispenser. You need a skimmer, pool cleaning equipment, testing strips, chemicals.

Amazon Customer: I got the pool at a ridiculously great price. I thought it was a glitch, lol. It was HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than the competition. Thank You AMAZON! The pool arrived early and packaging was intact. The delivery driver was very kind to bring the item inside the front entrance of my house. I paid someone to assemble the pool. He sucked. I should've done the job myself. I thought that I was incapable, but actually, I wound up fixing a lot of the person's mistakes. JUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND WATCH A COUPLE VIDEOS. And don't assemble on a windy day! I didn't even bother to use the filter provided. I purchased an Intex sand filter along with the adapters. Everything works! I am very happy with my purchase and my kids are very happy with the pool. PLEASE be mindful that having a pool cost $$$. I got a deal on the pool, but by the time you buy vacuums, and adapters and chemicals, padding for the floor, you are going to be out of some money. I'm STILL buying items to go with it. You also need to dedicate time to keeping it maintained. Don't expect to run a filter and just walk away. This thing is like having a new baby or a new pet. Seriously! tedleefontain: I owned this exact pool for a few years prior than recently purchasing this, it was great lasted me 7 years (some being out all year due to laziness). When it finally crapped out (kid accidentally dropped a farm jack on the side and ripped it open). Which I used to level out the posts after filling it as the added weight usually makes a few sink into the ground. With the last pool, all support beams for round tubes, which connected to angled t tubes that were held together with plastic cauder pins to keep tubes in place. I was able to use farm jack to lift sides up to adjust level after filling.

Now with the new one we just got, it looks way better, they improved the function and some of the parts, but I feel it compromised the strength of the pool. Assembly is virtually the same, minus the tubes are now oblong, which do help align them in the t connectors so you can insert cauder pins much easier so I understand to a degree. And the t connectors are now made of plastic instead of metal. These are 2 main concerns. DimeadozenDimeadozen: The pool kit came with the liner, filter/pump, 1 filter, hoses, frame, ladder, and a cover (which is basically useless).

The good:
+Price is reasonable for what is provided
+It does what it claims (hold and circulate water)
+Visually looks ok
+Pump is quiet
+Pump is adequate for the size of the pool
+Retains heat well
+Reliable in first season

Possible Negatives:
-The frame will spontaneously begin rusting the moment the paint is chipped, scratched, or rubbed. The metal frame is manufactured in a way that will likely require you to replace part or all of it in the first 2 to 5 years of owning.
-The filter is tiny- plan on rinsing aggressively at least weekly. I bought a huge box of them for $50. I remove the installed filter, swap out a new filter, wash the old filter, then swap it back in the following week. Each filter rotates through for 2 weeks and then thrown away.
-There is no shutoff valve on the intake side of the pool filter- which means you have to lift it higher than the pool in order to change the filter (or you can dissemble the intakes and install the provided plugs- but doing so will wear out the pool liner more quickly...

Nagesh D.: I ordered this for my son's birthday. It was very easy to setup and take apart at the end of the season. Having level ground is very important though.
The delivery date was scheduled after the birthday but I wrote to customer service and I am not sure if they expedited the parcel or not but it came a few days early.
