ron: Received it today. Wore it immediately. beacuse of peripherals neuropathy my toes were all cramped up. Been wearing for last 3 hours and now able to bend the toes.

I have given up on crew socks as the compress the foot and toes causing pain.
Instead i have been using toe sock while going to work.

i do not think i can put toe socks over this nor be able to put my feet in shoes while wearing this as they are not wide enough.
its recommended that to correct bunions, you have to put it on while wearing shoes.

Brenda W: This is only day 2 but I am giving this 5 stars. My husband has horrible cramped up and crooked toes. He has pain in the bottom of his foot all the time and the pain is sometimes severe. Well he has been wearing these spacers for 2 days and takes them off at night. What a difference in his pain level. he said his foot is 75% better! The difference with these toe spacers is that they are soft and stretchy which makes them very comfortable to wear. We have tried others that were ok but those were too firm. These feel like gummy bear texture but they are durable. He just loves them! And no more limping when he is walking the dog! The price is good and they get to you fast so take a chance. You will not be sorry.

Pop Bop: O.K., these were a bit more of a production to put on than I expected, but they ended up being a comfy hoot.

For starters, sit on a nice couch, maybe with a beer or a glass of wine, and most definitely next to a table lamp with a high wattage bulb. Now, look at your toes. I have old toes, which are attached to equally old, heavily used, feet. They are gnarly, and overlap, and are misshapened in a way that the perfect, smarmy toes on this product page are not.

These things are soft and cushiony and easy to handle. You pull one over your big toe and then have to work each next toe through its hole. It's not like putting on a glove, where each finger just slides right in. It's more like putting old-school braces on around each tooth. It's not hard, but you will find yourself closely examining each one of your toes as you push it and pull it and guide it home. This is both rewarding and unnerving. By the end you will know more about the current state of your toes than you ever imagined possible. Relax. As long as you don't get too excited about it this is a healthy reaction.

saltycracker: I'm a massage therapist (10+ yrs) and I was looking into these toe separators to help correct my posture while working. I looked at several different types and these were a lot like the yoga ones I wanted but MUCH cheaper. They are gel so very soft and flexible. I have a 7.5 US shoe size and my toes are slender, these fit me perfectly and they would be comfortable for a size bigger but no more than that or they might cut off circulation.
Things to keep in mind while reading reviews. These are not meant to be completely comfortable. They are correcting your foot alignment which is similar to braces for the teeth. They WILL make your feet hurt while wearing them and once you take them off because they are correcting your posture, you WILL be sore!!! Start out slow only wearing them 10 to 15 mins a day and increase slowly. If your feet are severely unaligned (bunions or any foot issue) it will take longer to correct and it may be more painful!
I started out 30 mins a day and within the first week can feel the difference. I also use yoga tune up balls to stretch the fascia in my feet. Both of these are great but again my feet and knees are sore from using them, which means they...
