Denise: This product is a culinary game changer. I’m on a strict low sodium diet, due to health issues. No serving over 50mg! With this product, I can enhance the flavor of just about any dish. From avocado toast (no salt bread), low sodium tortillas w veggie wraps, salads, low or no sodium soups. Have a canister at work, and home. Even if you aren’t on a low sodium diet, you should try this. It’s a good idea to lessen sodium intake for healthy eating.

EnigmaJane: This Benoit cajun spice is not as spicy as I thought or expected it would be. Having said that, it does add flavor to many dishes and, bonus - no salt.
