It's easily a great product. We've had it for an year and it has given us no problems. Everything works perfectly!

There's no pain this massager can't help with. Long day of hike? Slip in your feet for 30mins and you're so much better immediately.

Ali Harley: This foot massager exceeded expectations. I was a little unsure of the pressure feature as many reviewers said it was too strong.
With 5 settings there is something for everyone. I like 1-4 depending on the day. Setting 5 is a bit too much for my one foot that had sustained a break years ago…. So… I just don’t use that setting.
My only complaint is that I wish you could control the heat. There is only one setting.

I should have bought two because someone is always wanting to use it!!!

I just also read an article on People.com that this machine was rated “best overall”. It made me feel even better a blunt my purchase. If I had purchased this before Christmas it would have been given as gifts.

Really great after long work day. After dinner just sit and relax!!

Jessica: Bought for my fiance, size 11.5. He says his feet JUST make it so be aware of sizing. He loves the massager, but unfortunately the remote does not work at all. There's also no user manual but there are only 3 buttons to pick. It would be nice to get a description of what the different "levels do" but overall a really good massage. Wished the remote worked as that was kind of the only reason that got me to pick this product over others.

Aamir Shaikh: The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to use, I love it and it has everything u need for massaging feet. Remote feature is good as well. It has heating on/off option plus have gentle and hard pressure and three different modes. Loving it so far

Coffeeholic: So glad I purchased this foot massager, I work in retail and am on my feet 6 days a week on not so friendly floors . I also have arthritis and a very large bunion so I am in constant pain. The first time I tried it, my feet felt so good after . I went all the way to a 5 setting and it really felt amazing. That added pressure and heat was just what my feet needed. My son and daughter-in-law also love to use it . Only issue I had was it was missing the remote, and due to dexterity issues made it a little harder to use . So I contacted Belmints customer service and the very helpful Christine sent one right out . So if you have any issues, I can assure you that their top notch customer service will help you out !

Lydia S: I bought this last year as a Christmas gift for my husband. He asks for foot massages every single night, so I figure he'd enjoy the massager and I'd enjoy the break. We used it constantly for the first few months! I liked the pressure and squeezing, and he enjoyed the heat. After a couple months of use it started to make a squeaking/grinding noise. He took it apart to try to figure it out but we couldn't see anything that would be rubbing and causing the noise. A few months later he used the massager less and less and asked me to massage his feet more and more. He says "sometimes you just need the human touch." Now that we're easing into fall (and I'm in the third trimester of our first pregnancy) our foot massager is finally getting some more consistent use again. Maybe we're just cold weather foot massager people. Maybe not using it for a few months made it seem like a shiny new toy. Not sure, but it's held up pretty well so far.

You have the options to have the heat on or off as well as pressure and the massager can changer directions.
Definitely worth the money!

Always Thinking: I can't get enough of massaging my feet with this machine.

The range of pressure is great - goes from a very mild pressure you can start out with (or stay with that if you're very sensitive) but if you like really serious pressure, as I do, this machine will take you there and beyond! I think this machine suits any range of people from athletic to delicate.

I do wish it heated up faster. It does take a little time before you feel any heat. And I wish the 3 massage "modes" were described. I like, and find effective, all the choices in massage patterns - ie, mixtures of tapping, rolling, squeezing - but I can't remember which setting has which pattern. Each setting has a combo of actions, which I like, but one will focus more on squeezing, another on rolling, etcetera. These are minor complaints, but manufacturer, please take notice.

Am thinking of getting a second one so Two of us can massage our feet while watching tv side by side.

Tip: in between squeezes, experiment with moving your feet inside the pockets so as to customize where you want the rolling and tapping pressure to hit.
