I bought this to replace one from another seller here on Amazon my daughter had bought me for Christmas .. it only lasted 7 months before the control buttons stopped functioning properly. Overall, this one appears to be a little better made and, so far, functions well; here are my pros & cons:
Pros:
1. The water tank holds enough water for 4-5 8-10oz cups; I normally only have 2, but if I have a guest, this perfect.
2. The removable-adjustable rack allows for easy accomodation our 'regular' sized cups, our larger mugs & most of our travel mugs.
3. Easy, one button operation; simply press the button for the size cup you want to brew.
4. Brew quality/taste is good.
Cons: There really is only one that I've found; you are limited to three brewing sizes - 6oz, 10oz & 15oz. Ones I've owned in the past have offered a few more selections, to include 8oz and 16oz - both of which I used primarily. If you look at the cup in the picture with 49er emblem, it is the size of most of coffee cups; our old 8oz setting would fill the cup leaving enough room for a little cream if used; the 6oz setting on this brewer fill it a little over...

This is a product I hoped would solve all of my prior disappointments with single serve coffee makers. This unit is great since it can brew both ground coffee and Kcups. I am very happy about that and it makes a good cup of coffee both ways, though not an excellent cup of coffee. The biggest reservation I have regarding this coffee unit is the poor quality of plastic used. It is so thin that dropping the water reservoir, or closing the coffee closure on top could easily crack the plastic. It is necessary to handle with great care. If I am very careful, the unit will last. Should I accidently drop any removable portion of the unit, it would likely break. I will be careful, so overall, I can say that I like this, compared with a couple others I tried that made horrible coffee. Since it was fairly inexpensive, I would recommend it for the double service it provides and to use as if a fragile unit.

My old coffee maker would no longer read k cups, which is a known issue with them. I had to constantly deal with getting the proper k cups or refillable k cups that would work with the Keurig 2.0 until it just finally stopped reading them all together.
This one doesn’t care, it will brew it. Also like that it can brew k cups at 15oz. Came packaged well with no issues. I did note that this felt more flimsy than the Keurig but at a third of the cost that’s expected.
I will update with any issues, otherwise, consider it working fine.

sept 16 to dec 1 and it's junk, too bad it was a decent unit don't waste your money.
i even bought the extra warranty and after half-hour of wasted time, they told me Bella had to deal with the first year of warranty.... my time is far more valuable and truly wonder WTF is the extra warranty for. total joke amazon taking care of amazon and the warranty company passing the buck stay away!

As a lover of both coffee and tea, I have wanted to try a Bella coffee maker for some time now. This single serve coffee maker came very attractively packaged with the option to brew from both ground coffee and K-cups. It is fairly compact too, so it is great in areas with limited space. I brewed both coffee and tea in it with excellent results. The aroma was amazing as was the flavor for both. The cycle for a 10 ounce mug was very quick (just over a minute), so this is ideal for rushed mornings when time is limited. It has the option to brew 6, 10 and 15 ounce servings with an adjustable height drip tray underneath to accommodate various mug heights and minimize splashing - a feature I really love! The water reservoir holds 40 ounces, so you can brew multiple cups without refilling. The only really drawback to this coffee maker was that the electrical cord is only two feet long, making it difficult to reach some outlets in my kitchen. Other coffee makers that I have owned have had at least a four foot cord. Other than that, I absolutely love this Bella coffee maker! I would definitely buy it again for myself or as a gift.
