Easy to use: These bags are great, they keep bread from drying too quickly. Since I've been using them our kids haven't complained about our home bread being dry (which was a common complaint prior to the bags, even while using a sealed bread container to store it)

Shirley: It's good for average size loaf pan of bread but a little short for long loaf pans. The material doesn't look cheap. The gold ties are long but thin. I'd recommend if you like to bake bread often or to give away.
